Sukha Sundays
Yoga on the Porch — Sundays at 6 PM
Sukha (soo-kah) — Sanskrit for ease, sweetness, and inner peace
Where your week exhales. Slow flow, yin, meditation — shifting week to week like the seasons.
All levels, all bodies, all welcome.
The Practice
What to Expect
Each Sunday brings something different. The style rotates so your practice never goes stale.
Slow Flow
Gentle, intentional movement synced with breath. No rush. Just you, the porch, and the evening air.
Yin
Deep, grounding holds that let your body soften and your mind quiet. Stillness as medicine.
Meditation
Guided presence. A space to land, to breathe, to come home to yourself as the sun sets.
Bring: a yoga mat, a blanket, water, a journal if that's your thing, a good story from your week, and your whole self.
The Space
Your Classroom
No walls, no mirrors, no fluorescent lights. Just a porch, the trees, and whatever the sky decides to do that evening. Address shared when you book.
Your Guide
Hi, I'm Tiffany!
I started this class because I wanted to share my yoga practice, but not a rigid or one-size-fits-all version of it. A more modern, honest version. Because the truth is, some days you need an hour of meditation and stillness. And some days you need to move hard and sweat it out. This class will reflect that. It will reflect me.
Sukha is a Sanskrit word that means ease. Sweetness. Inner peace. It's that quiet feeling of being exactly where you're supposed to be. That's what we're here to cultivate together, every Sunday evening, right here.
Come as you are. Leave feeling like yourself again.
